We offer real estate agents a subscription service that empowers them to generate content efficiently. This includes property descriptions, blog posts, and marketing materials.

3. User Obligations

By utilizing our services, you agree to:

  • Providing accurate registration details
  • Safeguarding your account credentials
  • Complying with all relevant laws
  • Using our services lawfully
  • Avoiding actions that compromise our platform's integrity
  • Accepting accountability for AI-generated content

4. Use of AI-Generated Content

Content created by our tool remains the intellectual property of the user. While we don't claim ownership, we might analyze anonymized data for research and service improvement.

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription is necessary to access all Saleswise.ai features. Users will be billed monthly on the same date as their initial subscription. In the event of a failed payment, our system will automatically attempt to retry the transaction. These charges, processed through a secure gateway, continue until canceled and are non-refundable.

6. Trial Accounts

We offer trial accounts for a limited period. Here are some important things to note:

  • Payment details are required for trial registration
  • Without cancellation before the trial's end, standard subscription charges apply
  • Subscription fees post-trial are non-refundable
  • Users must manage their accounts proactively to prevent unintended charges

7. Refund Policy

8. Account Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled via the 'Account' section available within our web app when a user is logged in. Alternatively, users can contact [email protected] to initiate the cancellation process. Upon cancellation, future billing stops, but previous payments are non-refundable.

We can terminate or suspend your access without prior notice. Post-termination, your service rights end immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

Saleswise.ai and its associates are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We might modify these terms without notice. Regularly reviewing them is your responsibility. Continued use post-modification signifies your acceptance.

Saleswise.ai strives to improve its services continuously. As such, our platform may undergo modifications, updates, or maintenance. This can result in temporary downtimes or interruptions in service. We will do our utmost to ensure these interruptions are as brief and infrequent as possible. Users will be notified in advance of any planned maintenance or significant updates when feasible. However, there may be situations where the platform may be unavailable without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We will work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible during such times but bear no liability for any inconvenience or losses caused by service downtimes.
